Your welcome package and monthly subscription goods will normally be shipped at the beginning of each new calendar month.
Refunds
You may withdraw from the program at any time you wish. You will not be entitled to any refunds within the first twelve months up to the time that you notified us in writing that you wish to withdraw from the program. All payments towards the program made by you or deducted from you after this time of notifying us will be refunded in full.
Your 12 months, double your money back guarantee applies to the Dental Profit Secrets program as described on the website. You have 30 days following the completion of your initial twelve month period commencing when you first registered for the program to claim on your guarantee. To be eligible for the double your money back guarantee, you may be requested to provide sufficient evidence that you have implemented all the tips, campaigns and various marketing and other promotional and suggested techniques in the program, including webinars and any phone consultations. Individual products purchased through the member’s area, however may or may not be covered by a guarantee or warranty. These are to be determined by the individual supplier and it is your responsibility to check these details with the supplier prior to purchasing.
Subscription Payments and Cancellations
We will charge or debit you at the beginning of the membership or, if applicable, at the end of a free trial period. There is no minimum sign up obligation and you can cancel your subscription at any time. Subscription payments are made on roughly the same day each month until cancelled. Although we will make every effort to freeze your Member dues at the amount paid at the time of joining, we reserve the right to change prices and fees at any time and will notify you in advance of such changes. We also reserve the right to discontinue or change any of our content within the membership program. You will have the opportunity to accept the new price, the content changes or cancel your Membership from that point forward. If a price stated is determined by us to be incorrect, we are under no obligation to offer you the product at that price. We will notify you of the error and give you the opportunity to cancel your order and obtain a refund if payment has already been made.
